Syah Mulyana (43)
President Director
Completed his education at Gunadarma University and began his career as a Logistics. Supervisor for Drilling Top Drive Specialists at PT Cakra Petrokindo Utama (2007-2010) then served as Operations Manager at PT TD Service Indonesia (2010-2017). In 2018, he decided to establish his own company specialising in Wellhead Christmas Trees and Pipelines, named PT. Trigantara Putra Suria, before joining PT Energy Bumindo Raya as President Director.

Siegfriets Marzylino Pangemanan (53)
Operation Director
He began his career as General Manager at PT Dimas Drillindo (2004) which operated several onshore drilling rigs at Chevron Pacific Indonesia. He then became Site Operation Manager for the drilling of six wells in Geodipa with PT Brothers Energy Indonesia before joining PT Andam Resources Nusantara and Stockbridge Budong-Budong N.V until 2017 as Drilling Manager. in 2018, he transitioned to the mining industry as Drill Blast Manager at PT Batu Biru Nusantara, a joint venture with Australia, before joining PT Energi Bumindo Raya as Operations Director.

Hamdan Maulana (35)
Technical Director
Graduated from Padjadjaran University in Bandung with a degree in Geological Engineering and is an active member of the Indonesian Blasting Engineers Association (IBES).
His career began as Operation Manager at PT Dunggio Drilling and General Manager at PT Jaya Makmur Rajawali Perkasa (2015 – 2018). He also served as Commercial Manager and Technical Service Manager at PT Hanwa Mining Service Indonesia (2018–2024) before joining PT Energi Bumindo Raya as Technical Director. He is also active in teaching and giving public lectures on mining, particularly drilling and blasting, as well as mining safety.

Ruben Imanuel (26)
Commercial Director
Completed his education at the University of Indonesia and had a career at Sedayu Group as an analyst and worked at Sinar Mas Land
as Business Development before finally joining PT Energy Bumindo Raya as Commercial Director.

Hans Siregar (47)
Chairman
He worked at Schlumberger Geophysics Nusantara (2002-2005) and established a drilling and workover services company called Antareja Resources together with Medco Group, which operated 12 onshore rigs in the Caltex Pacific Indonesia field. In 2015, he led KSO Surveyor Indonesia Persero with Sucofindo Persero in crude oil and fuel surveys and cargo monitoring to Pertamina Energy Trading Ltd and Integrated Services Chain, before joining Technic Offshore Engineering Tbk in Singapore to lead the gas compression system fabrication collaboration with PT Elnusa Tbk. He currently runs an insurance brokerage business and is active in ore mining management.
